Voting concluded for 96 seats across 10 states and UTs as the fourth phase of general elections took place on Monday. By 5 pm, an overall voter turnout was recorded at 62.3% of which the highest was in west bengal 75.66 , while the lowest was in jammu & kashmir 35.75 %
