Today in Court | CM Kejriwal’s PA Sent to Judicial Custody for Assault on MP Swati Maliwal

CM Arvind Kejriwal’s PA, Bibhav Kumar, has been sent to judicial custody for four days by Tis Hazari Court in connection with the assault on Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. The court accepted the police’s request to place Kumar in judicial custody until May 28, instead of police custody. The government lawyer indicated that they might request police remand again if needed.
