A shocking revelation has recently come to light regarding the women’s wing of Jaish-e-Mohammed, called Jamaat-ul-Mominat. According to Masood Azhar’s claims, around 5,000 women have joined the group in the past few weeks. These women are being trained for suicidal bombing. According to NDTV, a training programme named Tufatul Mominat is conducted to connect women with jihadi and extremist ideology, where they are trained for suicide attacks. For this training, each person is required to donate 500 Pakistani rupees. The duration of each class is 40 minutes. These classes are being conducted by the wife of terrorist Umar Farooq, who was involved in planning the Pulwama attack.
It is worth noting that during Operation Sindoor, several family members of Jaish commander Masood Azhar were killed. Since then, he has been furious and is continuously planning attacks. Temple–Dargah Clash: Despite Court Order, Devotees Not Allowed to Light Lamps at Madurai Temple; Violence During Karthigai Deepam Sparks Tension
In Tamil Nadu’s Madurai district, devotees were not allowed to perform Deepadan (lamp lighting) at the Lord Subramanya Swamy Temple on the Tirupparankunram hill, even after a previous order by the court permitting it during the Karthigai Deepam festival. People near the Dargah, located close to the temple, staged a massive protest. During this time, tension escalated between Hindu Munnani workers and members of the Muslim community.
The issue arises because the Sikandar Badshah Dargah is situated near the Lord Subramanya Swamy Temple on the Tirupparankunram hill. After a petition, devotees had been allowed to light lamps on the ancient pillar under the security cover of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). However, despite this directive, the ritual was not allowed.
According to reports, violent clashes broke out between the protesters and the police. Following the unrest, the Madurai Collector imposed Section 163 (earlier Section 144) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita to control the situation.
Karthigai Deepam is an ancient festival celebrated every year with great enthusiasm and grandeur. It is also considered a symbol of the victory of light over darkness.
